1 giant bunch of bananas
2 mangos
5 potatoes
4 cucumbers
2 golden delicious apples
5 plum tomatoes
4 apricots
6 plums
3 avocados.
I am trying to eat healthier and the fact that all of this yummy local produce was only $10, I think I can make a change. Last night I made a super delish salad with lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, purple onions, carrots, avocados and I had a little pouch of salmon. Added a little bit of Italian dressing and some lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder and pepper to round it off. So good!
