Not sure what you have planned this weekend but around these parts, we are gearing up for something really impossible. Well, in our own strength, yes. With God's leading and help, not at all! If you follow me on Facebook you may recall a few months ago when I wrote about a really exciting celebration here in YWAM San Diego/Baja. I shared this video (along with a lot of other things so it may have gotten mixed in with cute cat videos):
When you finally find that missing strand of Christmas lights on Saturday afternoon, tucked way back underneath the treadmill next to the fake fuchsia plant from Great Aunt Stella, think of us.
And not just us, but them.
That's right, our ministry, Homes of Hope, turns 25 this year. And in honor of that, we are celebrating all that God has done through this experience by building twenty-five houses in just two days. Yup, you read that correctly, 25 houses in 2 days.

This week, as we prepare to welcome hundreds from around the globe to celebrate this HUGE accomplishment with us, I am reminded of God's faithfulness.
His faithfulness in my life where I have faltered.
His faithfulness to my family when it was crumbling.
His faithfulness to the families that have and will receive a home when hope was non-existent.
His faithfulness in everything.
Always.
So, yes, think of us. Think of them. But also, think of Him!
