With winter comes, for many, dry throats and cold bodies. Here is a recipe using Young Living Essential Oils that may bring comfort for both throat and cold body. This tea is absolutely delicious and an excellent way to boost your immunity system while staying warm & toasty. It is a great alternative to packaged hot chocolate or even a powdered chai.
Best of all it is quick and easy to prepare! The best part is you can customize it to your own preferences by changing up the tea that you use. I even recommend not using a tea bag at all.

Creamy Thieves Tea
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Full-Fat Coconut Cream*
1-2 drops Young Living Thieves Essential Oil Blend
1 Tea Bag of your choice (optional)
1-2 teaspoons honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)
6-8 ounces hot water
Directions
Bring 6-8 ounces of water to a boil (be very careful). While water is being prepared, mix together coconut cream and Thieves oil (the fat in the cream draws in the Thieves oil, which will help it disperse more evenly in your tea). Mix in sweetener then carefully add hot water. If you are using a tea bag, add this, cover, and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Mix thoroughly and enjoy!
*If you do not like coconut cream and can handle dairy feel free to substitute this for full-fat cream of your choice.
