As a puzzle, these are a great & simple way to reinforce anything from counting, sequencing, ordering, patterns, even spelling. The uses are endless. I even have plans for ordering with higher level math (like algebra) for fun holiday activities for middle & high school students!
For now though, I have these fun Number Recognition and Ordering 1-10 puzzles. These full-page puzzles allow students to confidently order the strips by using the numbers listed on the bottom to reveal a fun picture. One of my students that was struggling with number recognition and counting to ten tried these & LOVED them because there was a control of error, she knew immediately when something wasn't right because the picture looked off. I currently have St Patrick's Day, Valentine's Day, and Penguin themed sets but I'm constantly making more so check back for more options.
I also have some Vocabulary and Number Puzzles that are half-page and include numbers 1-10, 1-5 and some vocabulary words for different themes such as St Patrick's Day. There is also a Basic Color set with Spanish & English words.
These would also be a great way to work on cutting & gluing skills because students could cut out the strips themselves (or you could pre-cut) and they glue them down in order.
