"Whooo" is Looking for a To-Do List?

I have just created a fun To-Do List – and it is free! Copy, cut out, and use to jot a note down for some of things you have to do today - enjoy!

Another idea is to print these off on cardstock, laminate, hole punch in one corner, and use sharpie or wet erase markers for a reusable list (saving on the copies)!

Spelling Homework Menu Packet FREEBIE!

Menus are not hard work to put together, and can actually be used from year to year. Once you have created a menu for a certain topic, you can use it again!

In my opinion, menus offer choices for students to interact with a given topic by varying the content, process, and/or product (which is DI 101). While the format may look different, in essence, they are just a DI lesson plan in a different template. The key with menus is not to force a specific choice, but rather give lots of options so that the student sees this as a learning opportunity, rather than “boring work that we are being forced to do.”

I start by going through my lesson plans, and start running any copies I need or manipulatives and placing them in the appropriate day folder.

My lesson plan crate was kept on a table, counter top, or has even been located on an extra student desk that was shoved against a wall. Inside, I place hanging files and matching file folders in whatever color scheme or theme you choose. Then, I place labels for each day of the week on my file folders.

File Folder Freebie!

Super quick idea today! You can make your own 4-pocket folders from two 2-pocket folders without needing staples, tape, binding machines, or anything else!

I included labels for a writing folder to move the pages along in the writing process or for a multi-subject folder to keep those papers that are started, but not quite finished. Just have students place their paper into the correct folder and then grab it again the next day when you are ready to start your lesson!

I am on an amazing adventure traveling the world with Jesus. After 7 years of teaching preschool in Alabama, God called me to the mission field in Mexico full time. I led short-term missions trips for 6 years and the Lord opened the door for me to mix both of my passions, missions and teaching. I am now the director of Little Builders Preschool and we will soon be opening a full International K-12 school. The current students are missionary kids but will be open to the local community in the future.
